1. Who We Are

BidNeuron AdTech is a programmatic advertising platform headquartered in Singapore, operating globally across the US, EU, MENA, SEA, and LATAM regions. We act as a data controller for data collected through our corporate website, and as a data processor when processing campaign data on behalf of our advertiser clients.

  • API access logs and platform usage analytics

2.3 End-User Advertising Data

As part of RTB (real-time bidding), BidNeuron processes pseudonymous identifiers (mobile advertising IDs, cookie IDs) to serve targeted advertisements on behalf of our advertiser clients. This data is processed under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with each client.

  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Consent — where explicitly obtained for marketing communications

  • Legal Authorities — when required by applicable law

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

  • Account data: retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 36 months
  • Bid log data: retained for 90 days for fraud analysis, then aggregated
  • End-user identifiers: not stored beyond real-time processing unless required for frequency capping (max 30 days)
